Jem World was established in the year 1974 under the name and style of Jem Enterprise. The company was started by Mr. Shyam B. Seernani, who is a Civil Engineer.

Jem Enterprise was started for construction of Government Buildings and to undertake various other Government Projects.

In 1979 the company took to Development of Real estate. Since the year 1979, the group constructed many prominent Buildings by developing properties and dealing in Real Estate.
