 First Company of the group started in
1974 with the name & style of "Jem
Enterprise".
Second Company, "Jayesh Construction
Company" started in 1986.
Third Company "Jem & Associates" was
established in 1992.
All the above three companies are
engaged in construction activities. All
the partners of the companies are of the
same family consisting of Mr.Shyam B.
Seernani, Miss Anjali Seernani & Mr.
Jayesh Seernani.
Mr. Shyam B. Seernani, who is a Civil
Engineer, started the first company Jem
Enterprise as a young entrepreneur in
the year 1974 as mentioned above.
The first company Jem Enterprise was
started for construction of Government
Buildings colonies and to undertake
various other Government Projects.

In 1979 the company took to Development
of Real Estate. Since the year 1979, the
group constructed many prominent
Buildings by developing properties and
dealing in Real Estate. Brief details of

business construction and real estate
development since a 1974 i.e. 33 years,
we have proper know-how an expertise in
